Terms & Conditions
Booking & Deposit:
-
A non-refundable booking fee/deposit is required to secure the wedding date. I am unfortunately unable to hold your date without a deposit.
-
The booking is only confirmed once the deposit and signed agreement are received.
-
The remaining balance is due by an agreed date before the wedding.
Trials:
-
Bridal trials are recommended and usually booked separately.
-
The trial fee is non-refundable.
-
A trial does not guarantee that the final look will be identical, as products, skin condition, lighting and circumstances can vary.
-
I will write a detailed report following your trial of everything discussed and all products used.
Cancellation:
-
Deposits/booking fees are non-refundable if the client cancels.
-
Cancellation terms for the remaining balance will be clearly stated upon booking, e.g. different percentages depending on how close to the wedding date the cancellation occurs.
-
In case of an emergency or in the unlikely event I have to cancel your wedding, I will do my upmost to help you find a replacement makeup artist and you will receive your full deposit back.

-
The artist is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside their reasonable control.
Number of Services:
-
The final number of makeup services must be confirmed no later than 6 weeks before the wedding date.
-
After this point, booked services may be added subject to availability, but services cannot be removed from the booking and the agreed balance will remain payable.
-
Please note, if the number in your bridal party is to fall below my minimum of 3, you will be liable to pay the remaining balance.
